Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you. We will provide this within a reasonable timeframe, ordinarily within 30 days of a verified request.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. Where data is also held by a third-party processor, we will notify them of the correction.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data you have disputed is being verified.
Request a machine-readable copy of the Personal Data you provided to us, where processing is based on consent or contract, to transfer to another service provider.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent — including marketing communications — at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Request human review of any decision made solely through automated processing — including account suspension triggered by automated fraud detection — that significantly affects you.
We will respond to data rights requests without undue delay and at no cost to you, unless a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive. In such cases we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act, providing written reasons for that decision.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. 888wan does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals below the minimum eligible age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered Users.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a User who is below the minimum eligible age, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the data in question and take appropriate action as required by operator policy and applicable law.
888wan operates internationally and may transfer Personal Data to third-party processors located outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data — including contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other recognised transfer mechanisms applicable under the data protection law governing the operator's licence jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in Pakistan. We maintain consistent data protection standards across all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, providing a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the updated Policy takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice.
