These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888wan ("888wan", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 888wan website located at https://888wan.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionalities made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, making a deposit or otherwise using any part of the 888wan service, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform from any location, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other areas of Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. 888wan strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is underage, we will immediately suspend the Account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapable, or who are acting under a court-imposed financial restriction, may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion period on the Platform or under any national or operator self-exclusion scheme that covers this Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit and wager funds that lawfully belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information in all required fields. Registration information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. The information you provide must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any action taken under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and 888wan accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 888wan support team immediately via the contact details in Clause 15 of these Terms. 888wan may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating a reported security incident.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where offered — this is strongly recommended.
• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your Account password — 888wan will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Deposit and withdrawal limits — including minimum and maximum thresholds per transaction and per period — are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Payment method names referenced in the cashier context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are shown for user familiarity only. Their appearance in the cashier does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or a guaranteed, permanent integration with any of those financial institutions. Available payment methods may change at any time without prior notice.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed at the time of a withdrawal request, the operator may place the withdrawal on hold pending receipt and review of the required documentation. Withdrawal processing times are determined entirely by the operator and are not guaranteed. 888wan does not represent that withdrawals will be processed within any specific timeframe.

• Minimum Deposit: As stated in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: As stated in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• KYC Requirement: Full identity and address verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus Conditions: Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal of Real Money Funds is processed, where applicable.
• Transaction Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

888wan may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated alongside the offer at the time it is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 888wan promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per selection is limited as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or zero. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated free bets or free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted by promotion terms, Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
• Abuse Prevention: 888wan reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging, low-variance play strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, or collusion between Users — is identified.

All betting and gaming activity conducted through the Platform is subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market as displayed at the time of play. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a gaming session, the applicable game provider's rules shall govern the outcome. 888wan does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament fixtures, international football and UFC events — are subject to market-specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, abandoned events and in-play betting restrictions. Market rules are displayed within the sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and you elect to use it within the stated window.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 888wan reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously stated price where a manifest error in odds entry is identified.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the relevant market or in the Platform's betting rules documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another individual or entity, or attempting to deceive 888wan or other Users in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal or transfer the proceeds of illegal activity. 888wan complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip-dumping in poker or sharing information in multiplayer environments.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, manage sessions or interact with the Platform in any manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error will be void.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a User if you are below the minimum eligible age. Knowingly facilitating access by a minor is also prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback in relation to a genuine deposit or a legitimately processed transaction.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 888wan or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written consent of 888wan.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, frame any page of the Platform within another website, or use the Platform's content for any commercial purpose.

888wan is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. We recognise that for some Users, gambling can become a problem. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a session duration alert to be notified when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing your net position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and promotional communications will cease. Reinstatement requires a review process and is not immediate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888wan, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 888wan had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

888wan does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 888wan's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting the 888wan support team via the details in Clause 15. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and the processing of any pending withdrawals.

888wan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour.
• Receipt of a valid court order or instruction from a competent authority.
• Identification of a conflict of interest that compromises the integrity of Platform operations.
• Inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the operator's published dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed following a breach of these Terms, 888wan may withhold or forfeit any Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any applicable dispute resolution process.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to the 888wan support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body as specified by the operator's licence jurisdiction. 888wan will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 governs gambling activity in Pakistan, and that 888wan does not claim to be exempt from or approved under that legislation.

888wan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, giving a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
